We finally have a blog!! We're kind of in this transition phase right now...no house, no baby gender, no clue what and where Michael will be teaching next year... :) Nonetheless, I thought before too much craziness started that I would get a move on this blog.
House update: We will be closing as soon as Chase Bank decides to get the title to our mortgage company.
Baby gender update: Michael's brother, Jacob, has a new fiance, Kaylan, who is just about to graduate from Grand Valley as an ultrasound tech! Great for her because it's a cool job, and great for us because she can sign out the lab and check on Baby Vink! Saturday, we will attempt to find out just what kind of baby we'll be having!!
Job update: Thank heavens Michael WILL have a job next year! It appears that he will not be teaching special ed, but general ed (who would have guessed THAT??). Luckily, he has a GREAT resource (ahem...) and we will get things figured out. Also, I am an expert at moving classrooms, so clearly that won't be an issue.
REAL updates as I get 'em...and better pictures, too!! This is our 3rd anniversary last Saturday.
